Attention !!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From 01.01.2025, we will open a part of our campsite for you all year round for the first time. During this low season, our restaurant will remain closed, but we will offer you a bread delivery service and an exchange of gas bottles.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"e60c\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-e60c\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Minimum stay <\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-e60c\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>A minimum stay of 5 nights applies for a reservation in our holiday apartments. On our campsite, you need to stay for at least 7 nights during our main season. During the low season there is no minimum stay for our campsite.<\/p>\n<p>!!! Attention short-term bookers !!!<\/p>\n<p>10 days before your desired arrival date, the <strong>specified minimum stay no longer applies<\/strong> and you can also stay with us for fewer nights.<\/p>\n<p>For example: If you would like to come to us on 30 December of any year for just 1-2 nights, you have the option of conveniently booking this online from 20 December (10 days in advance).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"qb73\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-qb73\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Disabilities<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-qb73\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Our premises on the site are largely barrier-free and, if you wish, you can also get an extra key to our large disabled toilet with a spacious shower. For your own key, we ask for a deposit of \u20ac10 in cash upon arrival. When you return the key to our reception, you will of course get your money back.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that people with a 100% degree of disability are exempt from the visitor&#8217;s tax for the city of Cuxhaven and that we may also exempt the accompanying person from the visitor&#8217;s tax if they have a \u2018B\u2019 licence plate. Alternatively, you can also pay on site during your holiday.<\/p>\n<p>For short-term bookings 10 days before your arrival date, we kindly ask you to pay the full amount in advance. This makes the check-in process a little easier for us and gives us more time for you as our guest.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"c01a\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-c01a\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Cancellation<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-c01a\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Due to unforeseen events, it sometimes happens that you cannot start a trip as planned. In such cases, you have the following options for cancellation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Up to 4 weeks before your arrival date<\/strong>, you can cancel your trip free of charge and we will refund your deposit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Up to 2 weeks before your arrival date<\/strong>, you can rebook for a later date within the season free of charge and also use your deposit for this new booking period.<\/p>\n<p>For <strong>cancellations made less than 14 days<\/strong> in advance, 90% of the total booking amount is payable.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"z507\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-z507\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Travel cancellation<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-z507\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>We generally recommend that every guest takes out cancellation insurance, as unforeseen circumstances can always arise that may thwart your travel plans at the last minute. Each Tiny House and holiday apartment has its own parking space for your car. If you do not bring your own bed linen with you, we will be happy to provide you with a linen package including towels for \u20ac25 per person. Our small Tiny House is excluded from this.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"jeff\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-jeff\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Arrival and departure Campsite<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-jeff\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>Arrival<\/strong> at our campsite is possible from 11:30 a.m. on the day of arrival. Please note that we have a lunch break between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. During this time, you are welcome to drive up to our driveway as far as the reception. When we return from our lunch break, we will take our time to check you in and accompany you to your pitch.<\/p>\n<p>On the day of <strong>departure<\/strong>, our reception is open from 8:30 a.m. Check-out is possible from 7:00 a.m. at the earliest and by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Enjoy the campsite.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"y420\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-y420\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Arrival before 11:30 a.m.<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-y420\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>As a rule, it is not possible to arrive before 11:30 a.m., as check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. and guests are still entitled to their pitch until then. If you leave very early in the morning and arrive before 11:30 a.m., you can park your vehicle <strong>in front of our property on the street (please do not drive up to our campsite yet!)<\/strong> and come to the reception on foot. We will then check together whether your pitch is ready for occupancy. If not, you may have to wait a moment and look for a parking space outside our premises.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"y934\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-y934\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Late Check-In<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-y934\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Our office is open daily until 6:00 p.m. Late arrivals are possible until 9:00 p.m. at the latest. For this purpose, we have installed an intercom system directly in front of our reception. Please follow the instructions for the device and a member of staff will then meet you and assign you to your pitch. If you are travelling via Bremen, you have a train connection where you have to change once in Bremerhaven and then continue from there to Cuxhaven station. The trains run hourly from morning to evening. As we only have limited parking spaces available at our facility, <strong>visitors&#8217; cars should be parked on the street <\/strong>or within the rented pitch.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"g486\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-g486\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Barbecues<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-g486\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Barbecuing is generally allowed on our campsite, but a supervisor must be present at the barbecue at all times and have a bucket of water ready to extinguish the fire. Open camp fires are prohibited<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"n9e4\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-n9e4\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Pets<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-n9e4\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Pets are allowed on our campsite and must be registered. Out of consideration for all other guests, we have a general leash requirement on our campsite.
